Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Pravax (“Pravax”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your use of our website and the ColorCraft software-as-a-service application (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The service

ColorCraft is a cloud-based application that helps shops manage inventory, point-of-sale, customers, analytics and related tasks. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Services.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Subscriptions, billing & pricing

• Access to ColorCraft requires an active paid subscription. The current plan is ₹2,000 per month for full access, as shown on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and grant access for the paid period. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
• We may change our pricing. Any change will apply to future billing periods, and we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services or their underlying systems.
• Resell, sublicense or misuse the Services in a way that harms us or other users.

Your data & ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter into ColorCraft. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you upload and that it complies with applicable law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, branding and content (other than your data), are owned by Pravax and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual-property rights to you.

Availability

We work hard to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties such as Cashfree and Google. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pravax will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, subject to the Privacy Policy regarding your data.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
