Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want pricing to be fair and predictable. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

This policy applies to subscriptions to ColorCraft purchased from Pravax (“Pravax”). By subscribing, you agree to the terms below alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Subscription & billing

ColorCraft is offered as a monthly subscription of ₹2,000 per month. Payment is collected in advance and gives you access to the service for the paid period. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at aadil@pravax.online.
  • When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you will not be charged again.
  • Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, paid features are disabled.

Refunds

  • New subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided the service has not been substantially used. This applies to your first subscription only.
  • Renewals. Fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, as access is granted immediately. You can cancel to avoid future charges.
  • Billing errors. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or charges made in error are refunded in full once verified.
  • We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit in cases of prolonged service issues that we are unable to resolve.

How to request a refund

Email aadil@pravax.online from the address associated with your account, including your account email and the payment reference. We aim to respond within one business day.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed through Cashfree to your original payment method. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
