Pravax (“Pravax”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website and the ColorCraft software-as-a-service application (together, the “Services”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit our website, create an account, or use ColorCraft.

By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from your Google account.
• Business data — information you enter into ColorCraft, such as products, inventory, prices, customers and sales records. This data belongs to you; we process it only to provide the Services.
• Communications — messages you send us through contact forms, email or support requests.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and timestamps, used to keep the Services secure and reliable.
• Cookies and local storage — we use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank details are entered directly with Cashfree and handled under their security standards. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We retain only a record of the transaction (such as an order and payment reference and the amount) needed to manage your subscription.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To provide, maintain and improve the Services.
• To process subscription payments and prevent fraud.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To send essential service messages (for example, billing or security notices).
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the Services — including Cashfree (payments), Google (sign-in), and our cloud hosting, database and email providers — strictly to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal authorities where required by applicable law, regulation or valid legal process.
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After you close your account we retain information only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Security

We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and managed, backed-up infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

Your rights and choices

You may request to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at aadil@pravax.online. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
